Regina Napier

Regina Michelle Napier Noe, 42, of Jefferson City, TN, formerly of Pineville, KY, passed away suddenly on Monday, September 3, 2007 at her home. She was born on May 4, 1965 the daughter of William B. Napier, Sr. and the late Mary Ruth Berry Napier. She believed in the Baptist Faith and had been a homemaker. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Mary Helen Noe. Survivors include her husband, Tim Noe of Jefferson City, TN, father, William B. Napier, Sr. of Pineville, son, Kelly Baker and fiancée, Mary Ann Johnson, daughter and son-in-law, Deidra and Brett Thompson all of Middlesboro, KY; brothers, William B. Napier, Jr. and wife, Lana and Britt Edward Napier all of Pineville, step-sons, Michael, Matthew and Nicholas Noe and sister-in-law, Angela Noe all of Jefferson City, TN and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends. .
