Rebecca Rogers Cloutier, 74, of Bell County, passed away on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at the Pineville Community Hospital. She was born in Madison, WV on January 18, 1938, a daughter of the late John and Mildred Opal Friar Rogers. She had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Butch Rogers. Survivors include her daughter, Robin Cloutier and her friend, James Tribell; sisters and brother, Mildred Farmer, Buddy Rogers and Joann Gwenn.
