Raygen Heaven Mullins

Raygen Heaven Mullins, miscarried child of Melanie Dionne Gray and Ricky Ray Mullins, Jr. went home to the Lord on Monday, December 14, 2015. Preceded in death by great-grandfather, William Mason and uncle, Hayden Kale Wilcox. Survivors include her parents, brothers, Kaeson Chandler Phipps and Dustin Dakota Phipps; grandparents, Billy Gray, Susanna Wilcox, Diane Gray, Ricky Mullins, Sr. and Sherry Mullins and a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Services will be at 1:00 PM Wednesday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Chapel. With Rev. Clarence Mason. Burial will be in the Pittman Cemetery at Miracle. The family will receive friends from 12 until the funeral hour on Wednesday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Gray and Mullins families.
