Ray Edward Bussell

Ray Edward Bussell, 63, of Harrogate, TN, passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at the Claiborne County Hospital. He was born in Monroe, MI on November 13, 1950 a son of the late Sneed Bussell and Oma Brooks Bussell Hensley. He had served in the U.S. Army and had been a Gospel Music Singer. He was a member of the Soul's Harbor Pentecostal Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Ernie and Ray Bussell and James Hensley. Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Felicia Woodard Bussell; children, Leonard and Samantha Pruitt; Crystal and Jeremy Coffie; Shawna and Russell Hembree; Ernie Ray and Jessica Bussell, Luke Cale Woodward; Cody Ray and Kyla B. Bussell and Jade Rochelle Bussell; grandchildren, Dallas, Dakota and Autumn Prewitt; Ethan Coffie; Isaac Hembree; Elijah Bussell; Jordan Howell, Taylor Blake and John Luke Woodward; and Odyne Essary; brothers and sisters, Barbara B. and Ted Pace; Tammy H. and Robin Williams and William Hensley; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services will be at 1:00 PM Sunday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Chapel with Rev. George Sowells. Burial will follow in Harrogate, TN. Pallbearers will be John Essard, Steve Hoskins, Luke Woodward and Cody Bussell. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 11:00 AM until the funeral hour at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Bussell Family.
