Ralph Howard

Ralph Howard, 69 of Pineville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at the Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. He was born in Pineville on July 8, 1951 a son of the late Benjamin and Dorothy Napier Howard. Ralph had been a Carpenter working in Construction. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Perkins Howard. Ralph is survived by his daughter, Robin Howard; his grandchildren, Emily and Ben; his brothers, Dennis Howard, Bruce Howard, Glenn Howard, and Adam Howard; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Private cremation services will be held at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville, which is honored to serve the Howard family.
