Phyllis Tarbet

Phyllis Tarbet, 71, of Middlesboro, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2013 at the Middlesboro Appalachian Regional Hospital. She was born in Colmar on February 9, 1942 a daughter of the late Luther S. and Bessie Mills Barnett. She believed in the Baptist Faith and had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Harold Barnett, sister, Velma June Robbins; sister-in-law, Gail Barnett; brother-in-law, Arlen Arnett and special friend, Treva Wilder. Survivors include her husband of almost 52 years, Michael W Tarbet; son, Michael Wayne Tarbet and wife, Cindy; grandchildren, Jason Tarbet and wife, Clara and Jessica Tarbet; great-grandchild, Ryle Tarbet; special nephew, Tim Barnett; sister, Lela Arnett; brother, Virgil Barnett, brother-in-law, Cardinal Robbins and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
