Phyllis Bowman

Phyllis June Gray Bowman, 59, of Arjay, passed away on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at her home. She was born in Arjay on March 8, 1951, a daughter of the late William and Alice Smith Gray. She had been a home health aide at the Health Department and believed in the Baptist Faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Don E. Bowman, brothers, Walter and Billy Ray Gray, sister-in-law, Trudy Gray, niece, Alice Faye Smith and twin great-nieces, Chasity and Charity Fields. Survivors include her daughter, Pamela Bowman, sister and her husband, Barbara and Robert Asher, brother and his wife, Henry and Mary Joe Gray, nieces and nephews, David Gray and Karen, Teresa Gleason and Greg, Melissa Pollark and Jeff, Robert Gray, Michael Gray and Leslie, Johnny Paul Fields and Patricia, Brian Fields and Patricia, Dionne Saylor and Garrett, Lisa Gray, Billy Ray Gray, Jr. and Phillip Gray and Johnna; and a host of great-nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
