Penny Denise Hunter

Penny Denise Hunter, age53, of Pineville passed away on Friday, December 27, 2019 peacefully at her home after a short battle with lung cancer. She was born July 27, 1966 in Lima, Ohio to Curtis and Treecie Tennyson Hunter. Penny worked for several years in the Bell County Food service and enjoyed serving the children of Bell County. She loved animals, Christmas movies and her family. Survivors include her mother, Treecie Hunter, son, Stephen Hunter, daughter Molly (Harve) Ledford, grandchildren Raimey and Lydia Hunter, CJ Ledford and grand dog, Caesar. She is also survived by sister, Melanie Hunter, brother, David Hunter, several aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, a host cousins and special friend, Mary Frazier. Services will be at 8:00 PM Monday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the Fuson Chapel Cemetery, Little Clear Creek. Honorary pallbearers are the Blue Grass Care Navigators staff. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to assist with funeral expenses. The family will receive friends on Monday from 6 - 8 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Hunter Family.
