Mary Emogene 'Penny' Davis Hopper, age 81, of Speedwell, passed away October 11, 2007 at St. Mary's Hospital. She was a member of Cawood United Methodist Church. Had worked at General Motors.

Born in Speedwell, TN. September 7, 1926 a daughter of the late Charles and Edna Davis.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack R. Hopper; and sister, Helen Davis Greene.

Funeral services will be 8:00 p.m. Saturday, October 13, 2007 at Reece Valley Chapel with Rev. Stephen Dunn officiating.

Graveside services 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Rogers Cemetery.
