Peggy Sue Slone Mosley

Peggy Sue Slone Mosley, 63, of Pineville, passed away on Monday, November 1, 2021, at St. Joseph London. She was born in Pineville on June 30, 1958, a daughter of the late James R. and Geraldine Tabor Slone. She was a member of Newtown Baptist Church and had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the father of her children, Harold Mosley and her brother, Willard D. “Shorty” Marshall Slone. Survivors include her children, Christopher Mosley and wife, Hailey, and Craig Mosley; grandchildren, Cassidy, Colton, and Christopher Cameron Mosley; brothers and sisters, Ronnie and Lisa Stone, Kathy and Terry Widener, Chenoa Slone, James and Lorretta Slone and Tim and Angela Slone; special friends, Janice Washam and Mary Philpot and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Services will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Chapel with Rev. Roy Stamper. Burial will follow in the Wallsend Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jonathan Slone, Tim Slone, Ricky Brock, Terry Widener, Tate Slone, Jordan Allen, Jordan Smith, Chenoa Slone and Ronnie Slone. Honorary pallbearers will be Colton and Cameron Mosley The family will receive friends on Thursday from 11:00 until the funeral hour at 2:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Mosley Family.
