Peggy Jones

Peggy Sue Branson Jones, 62, of Pineville, passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2009 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. Born in Williamstown, KY on September 18, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Joe and Virgie Jones Branson. She had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Branson and a great-grand-daughter, Lilly Makayla Joell Partin. Survivors include her children and their spouses, Larry and Teresa Branson; Janet (King) and Roger Smith, Sr.; George and Shannon Gambrel and Jimmy and Tonya Gambrel; grandchildren Heather Michelle, Christopher Heath, Hannah Nicole and Cody Dillen Gambrel; Isaiah Luke Smith, Ryan, Lita and Robin Partin, Kenneth Sam and Roger Lynn Smith; great-grandchildren, Daphne Epperson and Haven Parker; brothers and sisters, Joyce Ann Brock, Linda Philpot, Brenda Branson and Boyd Ray Branson and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
