Peggy Carver Gibson Haynes

Peggy Jo Carver Gibson Haynes, 59, of Flat Lick, passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2017 at Barbourville ARH. She was born in Pineville on December 21, 1957 a daughter of the late Goldie Carver McNamara and Henry Ford McNamara. She had worked at the Pineville Community Hospital as a Licensed Practical Nurse. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by daughter, Jennifer Marie Gibson, Jodie Carver, son, James Cleveland Haynes; grandparents, Virgil and Mary Washam; brother, David Carver; aunts and uncles, Billy Washam, Fred Carver, Mary Carver and mother-in-law, Mabel Haynes Cox. Survivors include her husband, James Franklin Haynes, children, Lisa Michelle Carver Evans, Melissa Smith, step-children, Gregory Dewayne Haynes and Chasity Mitts; grandchildren, Samantha Smith, Kendra Riggs, Raven Riggs, Jaylon Riggs and James David Smith; great-grandchildren, Hunter Adams, Brayden Riggs, Kenzie Smith, Christopher Roark, Aubrey Riggs and Katherine Grace Smith; brother, Donald (Miranda) Carver, Sister, Linda (Johnny) Smith; special aunts and uncle, Connie Smith, Carolyn Washam and Clayton Washam; special friends, Darrell and Joanne Sizemore, Curt Asher and Tom Gambrel; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services will be at 2:00 PM Thursday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Darrell Lowe. Music will be by Curt Asher and Jason Browning. Burial will follow in the Little Creek Cemetery at Arjay with family and friends serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 12 until the funeral hour at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Haynes Family.
