Pauline Harbin, 83, of Varilla, passed away suddenly at her home on Saturday, March 7, 2015. She was born in Four Mile on March 18, 1931, a daughter of the late McClure and Debbie Marlow Hatfield. She was a believer in the Baptist Faith and had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, James and Garrett Hatfield. Survivors include her daughter, Sandra Harbin of Varilla, niece, Mary Gwen Moore of Corbin and nephew, James Hatfield of Murfreesboro, TN and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special Thank you to Dr. Moore, Brenda Carey and Dr. Kaw for the medical care. Also to Cracker Barrell Management and staff for loving kindness and courtesy. Memorial Services will be at 2:00 PM Friday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Chapel with Rev. William Boyd Bingham, III. Music will be by Thomasa Risner. At the family's request, Ms. Harbin was cremated at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville. Instead of flowers, donations to St. Jude's or Paralyzed Veterans, or a charity of your choosing. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until the funeral hour at 2:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Harbin Family.
