Paul Kenneth Slusher, 70, of Turkey Creek, died on February 5, 2009 in Pineville. He was born in Bell-Jellico on March 31, 1938 a son of the late William Matt and Mary Elizabeth Dean Slusher. He was a member of Riverside Baptist Church and had been a coal miner. Paul was an avid supporter of Bell County Sports, a member of the Bell County Booster and a devout coon and rabbit hunter. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra ?Kathy? Slusher, sisters, Eula Mae Goodin and Eunice Slusher and brothers, Donald, James William and Robert ?Cotton? Slusher. Survivor s include his children and their spouse, Misi and William Thompson and Mark and Rebecca Slusher; grandchildren, Ashlee Bainbridge, Jared Slusher, Megan Slusher and Jordan Slusher; great-grandchildren Chance and Ashton Delgado; brothers, Cecil Slusher, Claude Slusher, Buford Slusher, Leonard T. Slusher, Dallas Faye Slusher, Glenn Slusher and Leon Slusher, brothers-in-law, Mike Sproles and Johnny Sproles, special niece, Tara Sproles and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
