Patti D. Qualls Shelby, 66 of Tazewell, passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2025, at Claiborne Medical Center in Tazewell, TN. She was born in Hazard, KY on February 25, 1959, a daughter of the late Frank, Jr. and Itha Berneice Qualls. She had been Vice-President at the Bank where she worked for many years..

Patti is survived by her husband of 18 years, David Shelby; daughter, Suzanne Hudson and husband, Stephen; son Adam Frederick and wife, Nichole; grandchildren, Lilian, Emily, Blaklee, Allie and Tinley; and sister, Sue Qualls and a host of relatives and friends.

Private services will be held at a later date.
