Patrick O'Neal Abbott

Patrick O'Neal Abbott, 45 of Middlesboro, KY went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 20, 2019 after a long battle with cancer, he had many special friends who stood beside him during his battle with cancer. Patrick was a graduate of Middlesboro High School and a US Navy Veteran. He worked at Rockcastle Hospital in Mount Vernon, KY in Respiratory. He was a member of Northside Baptist Church. He was an avid UK and Middlesboro Yellow Jacket fan and was very proud of his little league team these past two years. He will be greatly missed. Patrick is preceded in death by his grandparents, Jake, Sr. and Hazel Abbott, Edward S. and Geneva Brim; very special uncle, Ronald Perry Abbott. Patrick is survived by his parents, Jake, Jr. and Hazel Abbott; daughters, Katelyn Abbott (Berea, KY), Emilee Abbott (Middlesboro, KY) and Jennie Abbott (Berea, KY); sister, Krystal Abbott (Florida); brother, Jonathan (Whitney) Abbott (Versailles, KY); along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Patrick requested to have no services. The family would like to thank everyone for their prayers and support.
