Pamela Jean Perkins Howard

Pamela Jean 'Perkins' Howard passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at her home. Born in Pineville on February 12, 1962, Pamela was a life-long resident of Bell County and a believer in the Baptist faith. Daughter of the late Willard and Sarah Taber Perkins, she is also preceded in death by brother, James 'Bimbo' Perkins and sister, Deborah Perkins. Left to mourn her passing is her husband of 33 years, Ralph Howard, wonderful daughter and best friend, Robin Howard and 2 very special grandchildren, Emily and Benjamin whom she loved dearly. Sisters, Shirley Bryant, Brenda Chapman, brother, Billy Perkins and special brother, Tommy Perkins. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. A family memorial service was at 11:00 AM on Thursday, August 25 at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Chapel with Rev. Wm. Terrell Gibson. Following Pamela's wishes she was cremated at Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Howard Family.
