Pamela "Michelle" Garland

Pamela “Michelle” Garland, 62 of Middlesboro, KY passed away peacefully at her daughter’s home on January 25, 2024. She was born February 18, 1961 to Richard and the late Jo Ann Prelopski in Rockford, IL. Michelle was a Gypsy hippie soul at heart that never met a stranger with a heart of solid gold and always worried about others before herself. Editing photos for her Facebook groups was her passion. In addition to her mother, she was proceeded in death by her late husband Randall “Shag” Garland, maternal grandparents, fraternal grandparents, and life long best friend MaryAnn Fultz. Left to cherish her memory is her father Richard (Sandra) Prelopski. Children: Camille Collins and Dakota Ayers, the light of her life and only grandchild Millie Collins, partner of 13 years Curtis Hoskins, step daughter Kim Hillsman, an adopted brother John “Denny” Hill. Special life long friend: Kellie Foreman, and the father of her children and dear friend David “Chicken” Ayers and her pets that she adored. Michelle’s wishes were to be cremated and the family will hold a private celebration of life at a later date.
