Orville Brantley
October 9, 1925 — May 27, 2014
Orville Brantley, age 88 of Cumberland Gap passed away May 27, 2014. He was a member of Summeys Bridge Baptist Church. Born Oct. 9, 1925 to the late Claude & Carrie Wright Brantley. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include wife - Gertrude Robertson Brantley, Sons- Junior (& Janice) Brantley of Harrogate, Wayne (& Wilma) Brantley and Roger Brantley both of Arthur, Daughter- Brenda (& Matthew) Owens of Jacksboro, Sister- Jewel Watson of Murfreesboro.
Funeral Service 8 PM Wednesday May 28 at Reece Valley Chapel with Rev, Bob White & Rev Jason Williams officiating. Music by Summeys Bridge Choir. Visitation 5-8. Burial 10 AM Thursday at Kibert Cemetery. Pallbearers: Lance Brantley, Timothy Brantley, Candace Brantley, Travis Carey, Matthew Owens, Jason Williams & Will Allen, Reece Funeral Home in charge. 869-3651 or www.reecefh.com
