Orbin M. Howard

Orbin M. Howard, 85 of Pineville, passed away on Friday, September 17, 2021 at the Pineville Community Health Care in Pineville. He was born in Hulen on April 5, 1936, a son of the late Stonewall and Anna Mae Cox. Orbin was a member of the Bethel Holiness Church and had been a General Machinist for Ford Motor Company. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his bothers, Ronnie Howard, Maurice Howard, George Howard, Glenne Howard, Ralph Howard, Stonewall Howard, and James Howard. Orbin is survived by his wife of 24 years, Erma Hensley Howard; son, M. Todd Howard and wife, Susan; daughter, Kelly Marsh; grandchildren, Emily Howard, Sarah Howard, Grace Howard, Andrew Howard, and Brady Rusch; brother, Carl Howard and wife, Anne; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. John Lundy presiding. Burial will follow at the Upland Cemetery in Hulen. Pallbearers will be Paul Howard, Lance Howard, Todd Howard, Al Howard, Brady Rusch, and Drew Howard. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 11:00 AM until the funeral hour at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville, which is honored to serve the Howard Family.
