Okla Thomas age 95 of Harrogate passed away May 22, 2010. She was born December 31, 1914 to the late Charles and Mollie Bradley Billingsley. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband- Fayette Thomas, son, Jerry Thomas; brother- Charles Bill Billingsley, sisters- Hattie King, Mattie McCulley, Evelyn Lawrence and Bertha Rowlett. Okla was a member of Shawanee Baptist Church.

Son- Clifford Simmons (& wife Opal) of Harrogate

Daughter- Helen Coppola of Harrogate

Daughter-In-Law - Linda Thomas of Cumberland Gap

Grandchildren: Sharon & Jay Patterson of Greenville, Karen Thomas of Knoxville, Kim & Derrick Morris of Elizabethton, Beth & Bill Richardson of North Carolina, Tom & Debi Simmons, Mike & Linda Powers of Arizona, Jack Leach of Harrogate. 8 great grand children and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 8 PM Sunday May 23rd at Reece Funeral Home & Valley Chapel with Rev. Ray Collett & Rev. Irving Gipson officiating. Music by Jane Cox. Visitation 5-8 PM.
