Nettie Sue Blevins Terrell

Nettie Sue Terrell, 56, of Kettle Island, passed away on Monday, September 22, 2014 at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard. She was born in Kettle Island on March 21, 1958 a daughter of the late Ted, Sr. and Rena Saylor Blevins. She believed in the Pentecostal Faith and had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Rosetta Caldwell and brother, Arthur Blevins. Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Roy Terrell; brothers and sister, Margie Brock; Ted Blevins, Jr. Calvin Ray Blevins and James Sr. and Janet Blevins; mother-in-law, Shirley Caldwell and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special appreciation is given to the staff of UT Medical Center and the Mountain Heritage Hospice for care given to Nettie. Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday at the Blevins Cemetery in Kettle Island with Mr. Jay Steele. Burial will follow the service.
