Mrs. Pearlie M. Giles

Mrs. Pearlie M. Sanders Brown Giles was born January 21, 1932 in Bell County, KY, the daughter of Roy D. Sanders and Elizabeth Powell Sanders. Mrs. Giles passed away in the Pineville Community Hospital on April 23, 2014. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in by her husband, K.C. Brown, her son, Patrick N. Brown, granddaughter, Amber Brown, her brother, Ronnie W. Sanders, two sons-in-laws; Charles E. Adkins and Edward Smith; as well as dearly loved sisters-in-law and brother-in-law; Margie Sanders, Betty Sanders, Mildred Sanders and Lee Roy Rice. She is survived by her children; Michael Brown (Sharon), Barbara Brown Adkins, Anne Marie Tuell Mus (Thomas), David Giles, Sonya Giles Clark(Michael) and Yvonne Giles Smith; grandchildren; Paula Brooks Philpot (Mark), Thomas Mus, Sarah Mus, Laura Mus, Casey Brown, Alex Fox Shannon (Kyle), Alyssia Adkins Gray (Chris), Nicholas Frye (Kayla), Christina Frye and Angela Clark; great-grandchildren; Tristan and Amber Philpot, Tatum Fox, Nicky and Hunter Frye, Jaxsyn Thorgensen and Christian Gray, brothers and sisters; J.B. Sanders, Frank Sanders, Shirley Sanders Gambrel (Ben), Vonnie Sanders, Rita Sanders Rice, Bob Sanders, Roy Sanders Jr. (Mattie) and Corinnia Sanders Howe. She will be missed by many niece, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, 2 special friends; Helen Smith and Howard (Hoss) Napier; as well as many other friends and relatives. Funeral Services will be Saturday, April 26 at 4 PM at Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gay Wagner. Music will be by her grandson, Tristan Philpot. Burial will follow in the Red Hill Cemetery at Arjay. Pallbearers will be Mrs. Giles grandsons and nephews. The family will receive friends Friday from 6 until 9 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Giles Family.
