Michelle Renee Myers

Mrs. Michelle Renee Myers (Missy), daughter of Kern Myers of Speedwell, TN and Patricia Miracle of Washburn, TN was born October 3, 1968 in Middlesboro, Kentucky. She attended the public schools of Powell Valley Elementary and High School and was a graduate of Walters State Community College. At an early age she professed her faith in Jesus Christ and joined New Salem Baptist Church in Speedwell, Tennessee. She later joined New Hope Baptist Church of New Tazewell, Tennessee.

Michelle currently worked for the Claiborne County Ambulance Service as a paramedic with a recent history working at the Claiborne County Justice Center, and prior history of working in numerous counties serving the public as a paramedic showing her love to her patients as well as work family and friends. She had a generous spirit, was loved by many, and will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew her.

She departed this life Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at her home in New Tazewell, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her step-mother, Mary Myers. She is survived by her children: Caitlyn Smith, Caleb Miracle, and Rusty Miracle. Grandchildren: Liam Miracle, Jayla Miracle, and Jasmine Miracle. Her sisters: Paula Kiser, Elizabeth Harris, and Samantha Davis. Her stepbrothers: David Smith and Donald Smith as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends Saturday, January 5, 2019, from 10:00am until 2:00pm at Haynes Flat Baptist Church in Speedwell, Tennessee with funeral services to follow at 2:00pm with Reverend Nicholas Wheland and the Reverend Robert Minton officiating. Music will be provided by Chris and Mark Fultz.
