Mike

Michael “Mike” Hayden Ellis, 65, of Middlesboro passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at Middlesboro ARH. He was born in Pineville on December 7, 1957, a son of the late Woodrow Granville and Tommie Sue Smith Ellis. He had been an automotive body repairman for many years.

Mike is survived by his wife of 47 years, Darlene Matthews Ellis; sons and their wives, Toby and Amanda Ellis, Todd and Jennifer Ellis, Tim and Mandy Ellis, Tyler and Chasity Ellis, and Trevor and Jessica Ellis; grandchildren, Hailey, Riley and Bentley Ellis, Todd, Jr., Sophie, Chloe, and Clay Ellis, Kaden Ellis, Loklyn and Linkoln Ellis, and Annalynn, Levi and Liam Ellis; great-grandchild, Skyla; sister, Debra Lambert; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Memorial services will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 11, 2023, at the Silver Leaf Baptist Church in Rose Hill, Virginia with Rev. Tim Varndore officiating.
