Michael L. Daniels

Michael L. Daniels, 55 of Lexington, passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. He was born in Pineville on December 5, 1968, a son of the late Marr and Drucilla Lawson Daniels. Michael had been a coal miner and construction worker.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Martina Daniels; brother, “Big” Jim Daniels; and aunt, Laura Daniels Cox.

Michael is survived by his aunts, Mary Omohundro, Ilene Saylor, and Viola Daniels; uncles, EV Daniels and Berto Daniels; nephews, Aaron Nick Kinder and Dewayne Kinder; cousin and best friend, Vernon Daniels; best friend, Gary Wayne Wilder; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family would like to thank the doctors and staff at University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center for their care and kindness.

Services will be at 5:00 PM Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home,  Pineville with Rev..Jeff Craig.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made toward the funeral expenses.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until the funeral time.
