Mary Lee West, 83, of Cumberland Gap, TN, went to be with the Lord on Sept. 18, 2012. Born May 20, 1929 in Speedwell, TN. Mary was the daughter of William H. Hyden and Amanda (Elizzie) Hammonds. She married her beloved husband, Roy R. West on Oct. 24, 1972 in Claiborne County, TN. He preceded her in death on Dec. 21, 1990.

She was employed by Woolworth Dept. Store in Middlesboro, KY for many yrs. She was a devoted and loving Care Giver for her family members.

An avid member of Underwood Grove Baptist Church for many years and involved in many aspects of church. Mary's greatest devotion and love was to family, friends and church.

Survived by 2 brothers, Robert Hyden and Joseph Frank Hyden of Monroe, MI; nephew, Luther Williford.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Charlie Beeler, James Virgil & George Herman Hyden, and 3 sisters, Flossie Beeler Williford, Esther Hatfield and Bertie Marlene Hyden.
