Mary Neverstitch

Mary H. Sowders Neverstitch, 80, of Ewing, VA., passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Middlesboro ARH. She was born on September 12, 1933 a daughter of the late Howard and Edith Ayers Sowders. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother, she was of the Catholic faith, a member of the Middlesboro Garden Club and had work as a Register Nurse. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers and sister, Jake Sowders, Meschal Eads, John Sowders and Betty Sowders Survivors include her husband, John Neverstitch of 57 years, children, Lisa Maureen Destesano and (Paul), Denice Maria Hoffeditz and (Dan) and John Matthew Neverstitch and Kim; grandchildren, Alaena, Sarah, and Maria Destesano, Nathaniel, Austin and Danielle Hoffeditz, Zachary and Nicholi Neverstitch; brothers and sisters, Lucy Spangler and (Paul), Timothy Sowders and (Lois), Martha Mayerchak, Bobby Sowders and (Edith), Joyce Nicely and (Wade), Pattie Sowders and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services will be Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at 4:00 PM at Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Paul Spangler. At Mary's request she was cremated at the Arnett & Steele Cremation Center in Pineville. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 3:00 PM until the funeral hour at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center , Pineville, which is honored to serve the Neverstitch Family.
