Mary Sue Mccloud

Mary Sue Brooks McCloud, 75, of Pineville, passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at her home. She was born in Greasy Creek on June 26, 1939 a daughter of the late Ed and Linda 'Lindy' Begley Brooks. She had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl E. McCloud; son, Carl E. 'Johnny' McCloud, Jr.; sister, Judy Brooks and brother, Donald Brooks. Survivors include her son, Tim McCloud, daughters and their husbands, Carolyn and Bill Hembree and Karla and Tommy Barnett; granddaughters and their husbands, Brooke and Matthew Schultz, Traci and Jonathan Rowland and Taylor and Matthew Byrd and Kayleigh Barnett; great-grandchildren, Christian Byrd, Bayleigh Rowland Hayleigh Rowland and Tytus Schultz; brother and his wife, Clifford and Shirley Brooks; special friends, James York and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Memorial Services will be at 8:00 PM Saturday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Liford. At per Sue's request she was cremated. The family will receive friends from 6 until the service hour on Saturday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the McCloud family.
