Mary Carnes Lawson

Mary Lou Carnes Lawson, 56, of Artemus, passed away on Monday, January 31, 2011, at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, Knoxville. She was born in Pineville on September 24, 1954 a daughter of the late Costello and Rosalie Collett Carnes. She had been a grade school teacher in the Bell County School System. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Amber, and brothers, Arlie Lee and Marion Ray Carnes. Survivors include her children, Glenn Edward Lawson, Skye Nicole Caldwell and husband, Jake, Kevin Douglas Lawson and wife, Melissa, Natasha Noel Lawson, Kira Whitney Lawson and Dallas Toby Lawson; grandchildren, Blake, Trevor, Charity, Jake, Jr., Jacov, Glenn and Marcus; brothers and sister, Glen ?Buster? Carnes, Cheryl Brock, Steve Carnes and Eugene Collett and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
