Mary E. Judy Raby Smith

Mary Elizabeth "Judy Raby" Smith, age 44 of Cumberland Gap was born May 28 1971 and passed away April 15, 2016. She was preceded in death by her father Charles Poppabaum and boyfriend Robert Smith.

She is survived by husband Jeff Allen Smith of Tazewell, mother- Wanda Collins Bray of Cumberland Gap, step father- Gary Sabo of Tazewell, son & daughter- Randall Shawn Smith & Britney Nicole Smith, brothers- Bobby Joe & Gary Wayne Raby all of Cumberland Gap, sisters- Teresa & Angela of Ohio, grandson- Donavan Lee Smith, special nephew- Bobby Joe Raby Jr. and a host of nieces, nephews, family & friends.

Funeral Service will be 3 PM Monday April 18 at Reece Funeral Home & Valley Chapel with Rev. Jerry Epperson officiating. Music provided by Rev. Epperson & family. The family will receive friends from 1-3 PM. Graveside service to follow in the New Bethel Cemetery.
