Mary Elizabeth Fuson

Mary Elizabeth Gregory Fuson, 92 of Pineville passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at Middlesboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Bell County on March 6, 1933, a daughter of the late George Washington and Sarah Jane Warren Gregory. Mary worked at the A&P Grocery Store in Pineville for many years. Although Mary never had children of her own, she was a loving and special Aunt to her and Dorvin’s nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Dorvin Fuson; brothers, Otis Gregory, H.L. Gregory, George Gregory, Jr, Warren Gregory and Wilburn Gregory; sister, Lester Berkes; sister-in-law, Hattie Gregory; and special niece, Genia Dunn.

Mary is survived by her sister, Pearl Newport; sister-in-law, Phyllis Gregory; special nephew, J. E. Dunn; special friends, Vickie and Ronnie Washam; and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 14, 2025, at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens with Rev. Mike Sutton presiding.
