Our Precious Mary Edna (Napier) Felton of Pineville, Kentucky went to be with Our Lord & Savior on the 17th day of June 2022. She was born December 27th, 1927, the daughter of the late Vinia Ellen (Asher-Helton) and Samuel Thomas Napier. She was a member of the Church of God in Pineville, Kentucky. She encompassed the word servant and was known for her sacrifice to her family whom she loved dearly; her husband, her special friend and Sister Dorothy, her children, and grandchildren. She was always planning and preparing for the day and days to come always putting a meal on the table multiple times a day and is known for many memorable dishes. She lived by the rule you should prepare as though the “Lord was your guest,” come one come all and always with unconditional expectation of anyone. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 66 years, Alvin Julian Felton; their infant daughter, Joan; son, Douglas Kent and wife, Christine; brothers, Edward, Frank, Otis and Samuel Napier; and sisters, Deliah Gibson, Dorothy Howard, and Evelyn Jackson. She will never be forgotten and will remain in the hearts of us who knew her love and loved her. To be absent here is to be present with the Lord, we love you and will see you again Momma.
