Mary M. Chumley, age 78, of Bellevue passed away Wednesday, August 3, 2010 at the Bellevue Hospital. She was born January 8, 1932 in Tazewell, TN the daughter of the late Alvin A. "A.A." and Veda (Whittaker) Richardson. She married Clyde Chumley on February 20, 1949 in Chattanooga, TN. She was a Housekeeper at the Best Western Hotel in Bellevue for 17 years. Mary was a Charter Member of Providence Baptist Church; Easter Star, E.O. Merry Chapter; and Grey Ladies of the Bellevue Hospital. She loved cardinals, baking and canning. Survivors include her husband, Clyde; daughters, Ramona L. (Chuck) Pinyerd, Bellevue and Theresa A. (Jeff) Miller, Lafayette, IN. Grandchildren, Sandra D. Tietje, Kenneth C. Pinyerd, Jacob Miller, Anita Miller and Rachel Michaels; great-grandchildren, Amber Fleming, Zachary Tietje, Huston "Cody" Pinyerd, Parker Pinyerd, Hannah Famulare, Autumn Famulare and Madison Holzwarth; great-great granddaughter, Aubrey Famulare; brother, Porter Richardson, Naples, FL; sister, Catherine Morrison, Naples FL; niece, Debbie Richardson, Naples, FL. and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Jim, Ralph, Harley and Trenton Richardson and sister, Martha Richardson. Friends will be received Thursday, August 5, 2010, from 2:00-4:00 pm and 6:00-8:00 pm at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue and on Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Reece Funeral Home, 6340 Cumberland Gap Parkway, Harrogate, TN. Funeral services will be Monday, Aug. 9, 2010 at 10:00 am in Reece Funeral Home, Harrogate, TN. Burial will follow at Chumley Cemetery, Cumberland Gap, TN.
