Mary Louise Caldwell

Mary Louise Caldwell, 74 of Stoney Fork, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2022, at the Tri-Cities Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Cumberland. She was born in Stoney Fork on October 2, 1947, a daughter of the late Rev. Enoch and Lucy Cox Hoskins. Mary was a faithful servant of Jesus Christ, had loved the Lord dearly and loved to share His Love with others. She was the blessed prayer warrior for her family, friends, and community. Many would call her with prayer requests, and she often comforted them with the love of the Lord. Mary was a member of the Old Straight Creek Trinity Tabernacle and had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Billy Saylor, Bob Hoskins, Verdia Rae Saylor Jones, Betty Short, and Barbara Caldwell. Mary is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Bobby W. Caldwell; daughters, Monica Caldwell and Donald Gay of Loveland, Ohio, and Patti and Tim Brock of Corbin, Kentucky; grandchildren and spouses, Annie and Shane Taylor, John Mychal and Tara McNally, Jordan McNally, Kat Gay, Sie McNally, and Jeremiah Brock; great-grandchildren, Kayleigh Taylor, Addy Taylor, and baby Luke who is on the way; sister, Patricia Hurst; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. Don Messer presiding. Music will be provided by Faye Messer. Burial will follow at the Daniel-Howard Cemetery in Stoney Fork. Pallbearers will be Jordan McNally, Sie McNally, Jeremiah Brock, and Donnie Gay. Honorary pallbearers will be Chief Petty Officer John Mychal McNally, Randy Scott Caldwell, Michael Sie Caldwell, and Larry Caldwell. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12:00 PM until the funeral hour at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville, which is honored to serve the Caldwell Family.
