Mary Teresa Warren Butler

Mary Teresa Warren Butler, 53, of Flat Lick, KY passed away on November 15, 2016 at her home surrounded by family. She was born in Pineville on October 14, 1963 a daughter of Carson Warren and the late Jacqueline Gambrel Warren. She was a member of Harvest Time House of Prayer and had worked at Central Elementary School as a cook for many years. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Howard Butler, who died in October, 2016. Survivors include her children, Shannon Price and husband, Jonathan of Middlesboro; Jessica Gray and husband, Johnny of Flat Lick and Jason Butler of Middlesboro; grandchildren, Tyler Brush, Jake Gray, Tanner Brush, Layla Gray, Tori Wilson, Jade Butler and Dani Butler; sister, Carolyn Saylor of Flat Lick, brother, Ralph Warren and wife, Mickey of Bimble; niece, Rachael Johns and a host of other relatives and friends. Services will be Saturday at 1:OO PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Neal, Rev. Nick Honeycutt and Rev. Jimmy Johnson. Music will be by her church family. Entombment will be in the Mausoleum at Green Hills Memorial Gardens, Middlesboro. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 PM Friday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Butler Family.
