Mary Louise Blevins

Mary Louise Blevins, 57, Hulen, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, April 29, 2016 at Baptist Health in Lexington Kentucky. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on August 10, 1958, a daughter of the late Polly Jean Asher Blevins and Willis Blevins. She was a nurse and worked in the health care field. In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by a sister Glenda 'Kat' Blevins and brother, Willis Clayton Blevins, Sr. Survivors include her brothers and sisters, Deborah Blevins , Linda Roberts and Rob, Wilma Barnett and Michael, Tim J. Blevins and Fressia, Wanda Poteet and Jerry, William Blevins , Jennifer Caldwell and Doug, Paula Brock, Cynthia Howard and Shane. Nieces and nephews, James Ross Poteet, Kenny Blevins, Zachery Blevins, Sarah Howard, Colton Howard, Charlene Caldwell, Hannah and Lane Dobbs, Renee Howard and Children, David Carmack, Spencer Howard, special nieces Tamara & Brandi Blevins and a host of other relatives and friends. Honorary pallbearers are Colton Howard, Spencer Howard, James Ross Poteet, Willis Jr. Blevins, Kenny Blevins, Zachary Blevins and Matthew Howard. Celebration of her life will be Sunday May 1, 2016 at 8:00 PM at Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel. Family will receive friends Sunday from 6 PM to 9 PM at Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Blevins Family.
