Mark Douglas Miracle

Mark Douglas Miracle, 67, of Cumberland Gap, Tn, passed away Saturday, May 11, 2019 at the Claiborne County Medical Center, Tazewell. He was born in Harlan, KY on December 24, 1951, a son of the late Elzie and Lucille Middleton Miracle. Mark attended Haynes Flat Baptist Church and worked in ground maintenance at LMU for many years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Deborah Miracle. Survivors include his wife of forty years, Helen Belcher Miracle, children, Johnna Lynn Miracle, Tisha Melissa Lyn "Missy" Lambert and husband, Joey; grandchildren, Taylor McMillan, Chase Fleming, Caden Trout, Connor Trout, Gracie Stagnolia, Michelle Stagnolia and their father, Mike Stagnolia; great-grandchild, Serana Russell; brothers, Jeff and Debbie Miracle and Jerry and Sue Miracle, special friends, Adam Smith, Moe Saylor, L.B. Johnson, Mitchell Irvin, Benny Spade and LMU Groundsmen. Services will be on Wednesday, May 15 at 12:00 Noon at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. Travis Dunn and Rev. Herstel Belcher. Music will be by Tommy Belcher, Kathy Lewis Clark and Denise Lewis Land. Burial will be in the Middleton Cemetery at Ross Point, KY with friends of the family serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6 until 9 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Miracle Family.
