Marilyn Jones

Marilyn Rae Jones, 76, of Pineville, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2013 at her home. She was born on May 5, 1937 in Huntington, WVA. and was the daughter of the late Roy and Juanita Bentz Ashworth. She was a homemaker. Marilyn loved to sew and work crossword puzzles, she will be truly missed. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her companion of 49 years Carlo Edward Jones and grandsons, Carlo Edward and John Edward Jones Lewis. Survivors include children, Donald Brumfield and Darleen, Deborah Jones Lewis and Tim, Carla Jones Ranshaw and Douglas, Rebecca Jones Roark and Jeff, Melissa Jones Gibson and Damien and Snoopy. Fourteen grandchildren including: Christina Jones Brock and Wes, Donnie Jones, Kylee Gibson, Camden Gibson and Sarah Zachery. Twelve great-grandchildren including Calem Brock. Special thanks to sister-in-law, Wanda Faye Jones and Clifford, Alisha North, Keisha North, Paiden Burton, George Helmer and a host of other relatives and many friends.
