Luann E. Billing

Luann E. Billing, 55, of Pineville, passed away on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at the Southeastern Kentucky Medical Center, Pineville. She was born in Pontiac, Michigan on April 6, 1963, a daughter of Betty Jean Valentine Christopher and the late Samuel Alexander Christopher. Luann had been a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Jesse Billing; son, Tyler Alexander Billing; mother, Betty Christopher; brothers, Eddie Christopher and Tommy Christopher; special sister-in-law, Linda Billing; aunts and uncles, Johnny "Buster Carnes, Dorothy and Darrel Cox, Ruby Valentine, Peggy and Jim Shelton and Chucky and Wanda Valentine and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Services will be on Monday at 2:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Chapel with Rev. A.Y. Mills and Rev. James Roark. Burial will be in Green Hills Memorial Gardens, Middlesboro with family and friends serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 6 until 9:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the family of Luann Billing.
