Lowell Dean Howard, 73, of Middlesboro, passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. He had been a coal miner.

Per Lowell’s wishes, he was cremated at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville, which is honored to serve the Howard Family.
