Loraine Shell

Loraine Tipton Shell, 78 of Pineville went home to her Lord on Saturday, October 9, 2010 at Britthaven of Pineville. She was born in Blackstar on April 8, 1932, a daughter of the late Elisha and Elizabeth Saylor Tipton. Loraine was a homemaker and had also worked as a seamstress. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Hubert Raymond Shell; sister, Rosa Tipton-Hall; brothers, Earl, Paul and Hoover Clifton Tipton; niece, Joy Ruth Baker and nephew, Harry Paul Tipton. Survivors include her daughters, Elizabeth Denise Sams and Victoria Lynn Helton; grandchildren, William Dustin Sams and wife, Chanda and daughter, Makenzie Fuson, Jonathan Cain Sams and Mitchell Helton; sisters, Donna Sue (Phillip) Taylor and Ethel (Jim) Turner; brother, Clyde (Alice) Tipton; special nieces and nephews, Monica Lynn Taylor, Kimberly Denise Taylor, Cody Allen, Cameron Allen and Madison Nicole Taylor Short; special friends, Louise Hightower, Sherwin and ?Doc? Rader and Jennifer Nagle and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
