Lizzie Frances Browning Partin, 92 of Pineville, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at the Middlesboro Health & Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Bell County on August 19, 1933, a daughter of the late John Willie and Axie Partin Browning. Lizzie was a believer in the Baptist Faith. She enjoyed her daughters, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and was a great cook. She attended and enjoyed her time at Frakes Senior Center and had been a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ensley Partin; son-in-law, Randy King; brothers, Edd Browning, Herman Browning, and Ernest Browning; and sisters, Opal Browning and Edith Browning Baird.
Lizzie is survived by her daughters, Linda Gail Partin Hurst and husband, Eddie, and Jeanette Partin King; grandchildren, Melissa Gail King Thacker and husband, Kelly, Jennifer Lynn “Jenny” King Wilson and husband, Chris, Florense Elizabeth “Libby” King Hurst and husband, Adam, Brian Ensley Hurst and wife, Sarah, and John Edward Hurst and wife, Amy; great grandchildren, Hunter Ann Hurst, Wyatt Ensley Hurst, John Noah Hurst, Shawn Thacker, Austin Gage Thacker, Christopher Ryan Wilson, Shelby Lynn Dalton, Jeffery Allen Shackleford, Shawn Hurst, Ashley Hurst, Wyatt Thacker, Rhett Thacker, Kikki Wilson, and Chance Hurst; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Per her wishes, private cremation services were held at the Arnett & Steele Cremation Center. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
