Linda Mae Hurley, 65 of Pineville, passed away on Monday, July 12, 2021 at her home. She was born in Greenville County, South Carolina on April 20, 1956, a daughter of the late Francis Russell Caswell and Reba Furn Wilson Hoskins. Linda was a believer in the Pentecostal Faith, attended church at the Laurel Hill Pentecostal Church, and had been a homemaker. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister, Frances Daniels; and brothers, Ed Hoskins and Kenneth Hoskins. Linda is survived by her husband of 49 years, John Henry Hurley; sons and daughters-in-law, John Edison and Heather Hurley and Michael and Tonya Hurley; grandchildren, Megan North, Devin Hurley and John Madison Hurley; great-grandchildren, Maddie North and Aria North; mother, Reba Fern Wilson Hoskins; sisters, Penny Scott, Teresa Fuller, and Margaret Burnett; brothers, Bill Caswell and Tim Hoskins; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Cornelius and Rev. Jeff Baker presiding. Burial will follow at the Pinelawn Memorial Gardens in Pineville with family and friends serving as pallbearers. The family would like to give a special thanks to Bluegrass Hospice, Nikki S., and Cindy. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville, which is honored to serve the Hurley Family.
