Linda Billing

Linda Bilillng, 61 of Flat Lick, passed away on Monday, April 20, 2026, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. She was born in Chicago on January 19, 1965, a daughter of the late William Henry and Rebecca Cheek Billing. Lind was a believer in the Pentecostal faith and had been a member of the Solid Rock Pentecostal Church. She was a firefighter with the Bell County Volunteer Fire Department and a homemaker and gardener.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis “Louie” Saylor, and brother, Charles Billilng.

Linda is survived by her children, Justin and Genia Goodin, James and Kira Jones, Michael and Leeann Goodin, and Ciara Renee Sue Jones; grandchildren, Hunter Goodin, Jeremiah Goodin, Camden Goodin, William Jones, Roman Jones, and Olivia Jones; great-grandchild, Maliyah Evans; partner, Fred Ernest; brothers, Larry and Karen Billing, Charlie and Tonya Billing, and Jessie Billing; sisters, Martha Maggard and Ruthy Howard; nieces and nephews, Irene Ramsey, Nathan, Ashley, Rodney (Whitney), Whitney (Dalton), David, Scotty, and James (Trina); great-niece and nephews, Audrey, Chris, and Michael; and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. Jeremy Sanders and Rev. Mike Goodin presiding. Music will be provided by Kenny Goodin, Sondra Goodin, and Justin Goodin. Burial will follow at the Saylor Cemetery in Cowfork. Pallbearers will be Hunter Goodin, Jeremiah Goodin, Camden Goodin, Charlie Billing, and Rodney Howard.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville, which is honored to serve the Billing Family.
