Leonard "Tee" Slusher

Leonard M. 'Tee' Slusher, 76, of Lexington, formerly of Pineville, passed away on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 in Pineville as the result of an automobile accident. He was born on June 15, 1936, a son of the late William Matt and Mary Elizabeth Dean Slusher. He was a member of First Baptist Church and had worked as an Insurance Agent and Manager for many years. Tee was a U.S. Army Veteran. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters and brothers, Eula Goodin, Eunice Slusher, Paul Slusher, Claude Slusher, Donald Slusher, James William Slusher and Robert 'Cotton Slusher. Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Gerial Mills Slusher; son, Alan Slusher and his wife, Sonja; daughter, Lisa Beth Carroll and husband, Tim; granddaughters, Kennedy Slusher, Kaitlyn Carroll and Amy Carroll; brothers, Cecil Slusher, Buford Slusher, Dallas Faye Slusher, Glenn Slusher and Leon Slusher and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
