Leona Wilbanks

Leona Wilbanks, age 82 of Harrogate, TN went to be with the Lord April 18, 2020. She professed faith in Christ at age 11. Leona loved life and had a joy and desire to help others even when life was not so kind to her. She enjoyed spending time with family, cooking for them, going to the lake, and fishing. She loved to laugh and was always quick to offer her beautiful smile.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Henry and Gertie (Daniels) Bussell, her husband; Shelby “Bug” Daniels, Charles Wilbanks, special friend; Tom Nolan, children; JoAnn Cline, Terry Daniels, Gregory Daniels, Donnie Daniels, Debbie (Carson) Leonard, granddaughters; Bridgette Daniels, Miranda Cline, brothers; Porter Bussell, Lewis Bussell, Lynn Bussell, Roger Bussell and Orville Bussell, sister; Lois Ingram, 5 infant siblings and special brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

Leona is survived by her son; Stanley (Geneva) Daniels, daughters; Valerie Jean (Leeman Junior) Miracle, Vickie (Todd) Mosher, special great granddaughter; JoAnna Cline, brothers; Arie Bussell, Ralph (Faye) Bussell, Nath (Edna) Bussell, sisters; Janet (Pete) Cosby, Yvonne Smith and Althea Gamble. She is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family, and friends that loved her and will miss her dearly.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Private services will be conducted Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel with the Rev. Eddie Daniels and Rev. Jackie Noe officiating. Burial will follow in the Crane Cemetery.
