Lenny Ray Baker

Lenny Ray Baker, 51 of Dewitt, passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. He was born in Pineville on February 27, 1972, a son of the late Betsy “Molly” Bingham Baker. He had worked in the sawmills and coal mines.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his brother, Arteli Capo Baker, and grandparents, Georgia Baker and Arthur Baker, Sr.

Lenny is survived by his daughter Carlie Baker and wife, Rachel Perkins; son, Arthur Damron; sisters, Vonda Gregory and companion, Larry Hammons, and Georgia Baker; and a host of cousins, friends, and family.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 12, 2023, at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Hammons Cemetery in Flat Lick with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
