Lela C. (Welch) Ausmus passed away Saturday, March 16, 2013 in Claiborne Co., TN. Mrs. Ausmus was born March 9, 1916 in Claiborne Co., TN. She was the daughter of the late William E. & Charlotte (Edmondson) Welch. In addition to her parents Mrs. Ausmus was preceded in death by her husband Sterling "Glenn" Ausmus; two sons, Bobby J. Ausmus & Jerry W. Ausmus; granddaughter, Lori Russell; one sister, Lima M. Welch; three brothers, Lawrence C. Welch, Franklin E. Welch & Henry M. Welch.

Survivors of Mrs. Ausmus are two sons, Billy P. Ausmus and wife Pat; Joe D. Ausmus and Diane; daughter-in-law, Mrs. Jerry (Robin) Ausmus; grandchildren, Sherry Pepin (Mike),Timothy Ausmus (Iscel), Rhonda Madon (Stacy); Bobbi K. Ausmus, Benny Thompson, Jason Thompson, Amanda Taylor (David), Cara Beth Couch (Jason); great grandsons, Cody, Glen, Riley, Cory and Jaxon; great granddaughters, Brandee, Brittany, Lexus, Kennedy and Pierce; great- great granddaughter, Sophia; three sisters, Willette Jesse, Elizabeth Evans and Joyce Jesse; Mrs. Ausmus also leaves behind 26 nieces and nephews, too many great & greaters to even try to count.

Funeral services will be 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at Reece Valley Chapel with Rev. Gary Mundy officiating. Music by John & Betty Dyer, Melissa Cline and Pat Monday.
