Leah L. Bartel Kelley, 58, peacefully went to be with the Lord on July 10, 2009.

She died at Fort Sanders Memorial Hospital in Knoxville, Tennessee, following a lengthy illness.

Leah was born in Paducah, Kentucky. She married Billy Kelley on Valentine's Day,

39 years ago on February 14, 1970. The couple lived many years in Livonia, Michigan before moving to Vinton in Gallia County, Ohio. The Kelley's then moved to their current residence in Bybee, Tennessee.

Mrs. Kelley was preceded in death by her father, Frazer L. Bartel, a brother, John Bartel, and a brother-in-law, Lenny McKinney.

In addition to her husband, Leah Kelley is survived by her mother, Maureen Bartel; a sister, Patricia McKinney and brothers Frazer L. Bartel Jr. (Lori), Anthony Bartel, and Timothy Bartel (Shelia).

Sister-in-law Mary Bartel also survives.

Four children and their children survive as well. Leah's children are Charles Kelley (Genia), Clinton Kelley (Tammy), Maureen Kelley Stitt, and David Kelley and his

fiancé, Mallory. Grandchildren are Kyle, Kelsey, Cullen, Ciara, Danielle, Dalton, Christian, and Brenna Kelley and Abigail, Michael, and Kathryn Kelley Stitt.

Calling hours and services will be held at the Reece Funeral Home in Harrogate, Tennessee. Calling hours are from six to eight on Sunday, July 12. The funeral will be on Monday, July 13, at 11:00 am. Mrs. Kelley will be buried in a family cemetery located in Speedwell, Tennessee.
